We’re expanding our sales team! We are looking for new colleagues, experienced, motivated and eager to be part of a growing IT company.

Together we will learn, laugh, go to conferences and team-buildings, run marathons, and have beer in the courtyard of our headquarters in downtown Bucharest.

About you:

• Adaptability and flexibility within a sales team.

Serious, persevering, and responsible person, with entrepreneurial spirit practical attitude.

• Organized, with the capacity to analyze and synthesize, a proactive attitude and a strong orientation towards results and meeting deadlines.

• Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Activity

Main responsibilities

  • Permanent market prospecting in order to identify new potential customers.
  • Promoting the product portfolio (cold calling) and attracting new customers.
  • Identifying and anticipating the customers’ needs, offering solutions.
  • Managing the entire sales process: offering, negotiating, closing.
  • Competition monitoring, preparing market reports, and proposing new approaches for improving competitiveness.

Activity

Essentials:

  • Proven work experience in sales of at least 5 years
  • Knowledge of CRM software

Preffered skills:

  • Ability to understand technical notions
  • Advanced english language skills
  • Experience in IT

It's a plus:

  • Technical college graduate
